1. Required conduct

Users must act honestly, have authority to represent organisations, respect confidentiality and privacy, provide accurate and supportable information, use the correct visibility setting, obtain necessary permissions and conduct independent due diligence before consequential decisions. A Company confirmation is not independent verification, and candidate intelligence, inference, a match or a search result must not be presented as a guarantee, recommendation, certification or award.

02

2. Prohibited conduct

Users must not impersonate a person or organisation or claim a profile without authority; fabricate, manipulate or selectively misrepresent evidence, customers, credentials, partnerships, rankings, capabilities or delivery claims; upload secrets, unlawful material, malicious code or unnecessary personal information; scrape Restricted Information, harvest contact data, bypass controls or evade limits; probe, scan, attack, disrupt or test the service without written permission; use spam, harassment, deceptive outreach or unlawful marketing; infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or other rights; use AI Outputs as the sole basis for unlawful discrimination or inappropriate decisions; extract models, prompts, taxonomies, methodology or a competing database; manipulate search relevance, evidence status, verification labels or capability signals; misrepresent an affiliation or endorsement; or use the service for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, cyber abuse or other unlawful activity.

3. Reports and enforcement

Report suspected misuse to report@channelskills.org with the relevant profile, URL, evidence and concern. We may label, restrict, hide, remove, correct, preserve, investigate or disclose material where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution or protection of Users and third parties. A breach may result in warning, restriction, refusal of a claim, loss of permissions, suspension, termination or referral to an appropriate authority. Urgent action may occur without prior notice. ChannelSkills v1.0 has no paid services, subscriptions, paid placement or payment processing. No payment can improve verification, independent scores, evidence status or search relevance.
