Effective date: 08 August 2026. This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by ChannelSkills and is maintained against the technologies active on the production service.
ChannelSkills may use strictly necessary security, authentication and session storage to provide requested functionality. These technologies operate only where legally exempt as strictly necessary. Clearing them may sign a person out or prevent a requested secure workflow from functioning.
First-party browser storage may remember a person's requested market, language, theme, contrast, reduced-motion and installation preferences. These choices are not used for cross-site advertising. Installation measurement uses no analytics cookie or person or device identifier. Install-prompt events use coarse daily first-party aggregates only, store no network address, filename or free text, and expire after 400 days.
Non-essential analytics, advertising and cross-site tracking technologies are not active. They cannot be introduced merely by updating this policy. The named provider, purpose, duration, configuration and valid choice controls must first be approved and tested. Where consent is required, it must be informed, specific and given by a clear positive action. Continued browsing alone is not consent. A person must be able to accept, refuse and later withdraw each optional category without losing ordinary access to ChannelSkills.
A person can change display and market preferences in Settings and clear browser storage through the browser. Before any future non-essential technology is activated, ChannelSkills must provide a clear Cookie Settings route and identify each provider, technology, purpose and duration.
