AI Capability Score Methodology
A transparent 100-point benchmark for enterprise AI capability.
Every point must trace to evidence, verification status, ownership and freshness. Supplied company positions, payment, popularity and organisation size never determine rank.
Evidence weighting
Only independently verified evidence contributes to a published score. Company-claimed and unknown evidence are clearly labelled and contribute zero without implying poor capability.
Ranking eligibility
Companies remain unranked until identity is confirmed and enough verifiable evidence exists for a meaningful score. Every published score retains its category breakdown, sources, verification date and methodology version.
Independence and anti-gaming
Paid status cannot influence scoring. Raw employee numbers, user counts and self-declared skills do not create rank by themselves. Material changes remain auditable and disputes follow the governed correction process.
Recognition
Eligible companies can display rank, score, evidence coverage, verification status, movement and a shareable recognition badge. Badges expire or require reconfirmation when underlying evidence becomes stale.
